ABOUT the founders.

Fueled by their passion for forward-thinking creative ventures, Allison Rapson and Kassidy Brown have combined their backgrounds in content creation, event production, design, public speaking and community gathering to develop a unique perspective on power and its vast expressions.

The duo began their entrepreneurial partnership in 2013 with the launch of their production studio. During this period they produced, directed and hosted a ground-breaking episodic series titled, “A Woman’s Place: Documenting the Front Lines of Feminism.” Rapson and Brown traveled to eight countries to embed themselves with female leaders, artists and activists to experience the varied expressions of future-focused, female-centric problem solving. Licensed to Refinery29, the series was a breakout hit garnering millions of views with an audience demand for more.

Emboldened by their first-hand experiences, Rapson and Brown have gone on to establish themselves as successful businesswomen with inspiring insights on the evolving nature of modern leadership, power and creativity.

In 2018, Rapson and Brown began building XXV, their first brick-and-mortar venture. Representing a culmination of their skillsets and expertise, both the physical space and its mission serve as an urban sanctuary for their continued desire to see parity flourish.

Together, they are producing content and experiences to further explore how the dynamics of benevolent leadership and creative expression can be leveraged to incite equitable change.

IN ALL OF THEIR CO-CREATIONS, RAPSON AND BROWN REMAIN DEDICATED TO THEIR SHARED MISSION OF DEVELOPING INVENTIVE SOLUTIONS THAT STEADILY MOVE THE NEEDLE TOWARD A WORLD IN WHICH ALL PEOPLE, WITH ALL OF THEIR DIVERSE EMBODIMENTS OF POWER, ARE SEEN, HEARD AND VALUED IN EQUAL MEASURE.
